Step 1, pvc mixing machine to mixing pvc material and pvc color paste

Step 2,vacuum barrel with vacuum pump to remove air from pvc material

Step 3,automatic pvc dripping machine or manual dripping to dripping surface color on the cup mat mold

Step 4,automatic baking oven to dry and cooling surface color and mold

Step 5,dripping base color on the cup mat mold

Step 6,baking base color,then take finished cup mat after cooling
